To secure the band on the requested date we require a deposit to be paid by cheque in advance (normally £100).
We will return an invoice with full contact details including
acknowledgement of the deposit and remaining amount payable. This will also state the services hired.
The remaining agreed fee can be paid as follows:
1. By cheque 2 weeks prior to the event to allow the amount to clear.
2. By cash on the night of the event.
3. By instalment - what ever you wish to pay on the lead up to the event. Any amount still outstanding to be paid in cash on the night.
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances we will repay all payments made including the deposit.
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the event then you forfeit the deposit. Any payments made above the agreed deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days full payment will still be payable.
If payment is not made within the terms agreed above we will enter into communication to reach an agreed settlement. If we are unable to reach an agreed settlement or where payment is purposely witheld we may engage our union (Equity) to act on our behalf. (There has been no need to invoke this to date).
